My feelings:
The moment I finished reading this article, something swelled inside me. I felt sad, so sad. To think such a thing could actually be happening in this world.'Fathers abandoning their children...', have the people in this world become icy cold in their hearts?
Why did the father abandon Mr Jamil in the first place? It took so long for the father to realise his mistake and come looking for Mr Jamil. If I was the father, I would not even have the face to face the son I had abandon so many years ago. It is good that Mr Jamil still cares about his natural father, which I respect him for it. It takes a really strong person to bear the truth about one's own parents, which Mr Jamil did, moreover at the age of just 12 years old!
I hope that Mr Jamil would find his father so that they could both live happily together. It would be such a sight to see tears rolling down the cheeks of both father and son, hugging each other happily. Imagine that!
