'NEW EVIDENCE SUGGESTS MORE IRAQ ASTROCITIES BY US TROOPS' (The Straits Times Saturday, June 3 2006, pg 4) Write 4 reviews in the holidays, 1 per week.

My feelings:

I feel that it is too much of the US soldiers to commit such sinful things, like the killing and massacre of innocent civillians. After all, they are the marines, whose jobs are to protect the innocent and to defend their country. Has all their training taught them nothing? From what I have read in the papers, it seems to me that the Iraqi people were not being treated like all normal humans should.

Killing Iraqi people straightaway without conducting the proper investigations based just upon suspicions is totally unacceptable. It is no wonder more and more people around the world are unhappy with the presence of US forces in Iraq. I can fully understand the feelings and outrage of the Iraqi Prime Minister, Mr al-Maliki. I hope that the investigations being conducted on the alleged killings will be fair to everyone, including the victims. Justice would definitely be served to those who deserve it.

On a last note, this, in my opinion, would not serve to increase Bush's already 'not so good' reputation.
